SubjectToClimate

Britt Wilson (she/her) is a PhD candidate and graduate instructor at the University of Missouri. Passionate about environmental justice, climate activism, and human rights, Britt is excited for the chance to learn more about this work at the grassroots level through her fellowship. Apart from her work as an International Development, Grants, and Investor Relations fellow at 10Power, Britt also works as a case study designer at The Nature Conservancy and as a researcher, writer, and editor for the Women’s Earth and Climate Action Network, International’s WomenSpeak database. A scholar in English and Women’s and Gender Studies, Britt’s post-graduation plan is to work full-time at an organization similar to the ones she interns with. This will give her the chance to couple her passion for creating positive change with her extensive research and writing skills to help secure more sustainable, equitable futures for underserved and overburdened communities in the United States and beyond.
