Christina Radmacher

Development, Grants, & Investor Relations Fellow

Christina offers four and a half years of paid work experience in nonprofits, training and experience in fundraising and grant writing, and several years working with youth, both in and outside schools. While studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Christina worked at a counseling practice as the Client Intake Coordinator, improving the intake process, cutting in half the time between first contact and client assignment, and reducing it from 48 hours to a maximum of 24 business hours. Christina is the Grants and Corporate Relations Fellow for 10Power, a social good business helping systemically disadvantaged communities secure the funding needed to launch their solar power projects. When not working, they enjoy spending time with their partner and their fur baby, enjoying Lake Michigan, hosting parties for friends, social partner dancing (like swing dance), and enjoying mystery books or shows. Christina is looking for full-time work with a climate action company, starting after the fellowship ends in December 2023.
