I'm Romina Lorenzo, and I'm an Environmental Health Science major on a pre-PA track from the University of Georgia. As an EHS major, I have the privilege of gaining in-depth knowledge about threats to our environment, and how these threats ultimately affect human health. Some of my passions/hobbies include reading, photography, and sewing/up-cycling thrifted clothes. Considering the prevalence of fast-fashion and it's detrimental effects on the environment, I have made it my mission to implement sustainable methods when it comes to creating and customizing pieces of clothing. I hope to one day be able to advocate for sustainable healthcare and bring awareness towards environmental issues like air pollution, water contamination, and climate change.
