Fellowship Description:

As a Content Specialist at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality website articles and develop highly-engaging newsletter content. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving user engagement, and effectively communicating our mission to our target audience. Your creative and persuasive writing skills will be key in promoting our initiatives and raising awareness about the waste crisis in the Indian Himalayan Region, with a particular focus on interlinking waste management with climate change, biodiversity, health, and livelihoods.

Qualifications:

Writing Experience: Proven experience in writing high-quality, engaging, and well-researched content for websites, blogs, or publications

Environmental or Sustainability Background: Previous work experience or educational background related to environmental studies, sustainability, climate change, or waste management would be highly beneficial.

SEO and Digital Marketing Skills: Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing content to improve online visibility and reach a wider audience is a bonus.

Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and gather information from reliable sources to support content development.

Content Management Systems (CMS): Familiarity with using CMS platforms to create and publish content on websites.

Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in environmental issues, sustainability, and climate change, with a strong desire to make a positive impact through your work
