We are based in Brooklyn, New York, building plug-and-play device which upgrade regular bikes into e-bikes with a mission of empowering the world to adopt biking as their primary choice for urban mobility.
Fellowship Description:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our team as a customer advocate ensuring that our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services, provide assistance, and resolve any concerns.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
