Position Description: 

Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, including performance metrics, financial summaries, and variance analyses.
Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and management of budgets, including tracking expenses and revenue against budgeted figures.
Forecasting: Develop financial models and projections to predict future financial performance and assess potential risks and opportunities.
Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities and financial projects, including conducting feasibility studies and return on investment analyses.
Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Compliance: Ensure financial practices comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as accounting, operations, and management, to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform special analyses and projects as needed to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.


Desired Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA) is a plus.

Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets.

Software: Experience with financial software and tools, such as Excel, financial databases, and ERP systems. Knowledge of financial modeling software and business intelligence tools is advantageous.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present financial information and collaborate with stakeholders.
