Position Description:
Web Development:
Design, code, and maintain websites and web applications using various programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python).
Develop and implement new features, functionality, and improvements for web platforms.
Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
ICT Infrastructure Management:
Manage and support the organization’s ICT systems, including servers, networks, and hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ICT systems.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to end-users for both web applications and ICT systems.
Develop and deliver training and documentation to users on new systems and tools.
System Integration:
Integrate web applications with other systems and databases as needed.
Ensure data integrity and security across integrated systems.
Desired Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Web Developer) are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in web development and ICT support is preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, Angular), as well as ICT systems management.
Software: Experience with web development tools (e.g., code editors, version control systems) and ICT management software (e.g., network monitoring tools, ticketing systems).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address technical issues effectively.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with users, document technical processes, and present solutions.
Time Commitment: 30 hours/week
