Harper Strickland has professional experience as both an industrial engineer and biomedical technician, and they spent two years as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine working on Community Development projects. Harper is a current graduate student in Data Science and Engineering at the University of California San Diego, and is passionate about data ethics and problem solving through data science. They are thrilled to be working on data solutions supporting Jaza Energy’s mission of providing a distributed solar utility in Africa through a network of operations run by women who are leaders in their communities.
