Bipana Jirel (she/they) is a digital communications and design strategist from Nepal, driven by a commitment to climate equity and inclusive storytelling. A recent graduate of Queen Margaret University, they have led impact-focused campaigns across the tech, consulting, and nonprofit sectors—translating complex ideas into accessible narratives through visual design and community engagement. Rooted in both digital fluency and firsthand experience with grassroots initiatives, Bipana's work spans AI-powered education platforms and awareness campaigns supporting smallholder farmers. As a 2025 Constellations Fellow, they are supporting Oorja Development Solutions as a Communications and Graphics Fellow, blending strategy and design to amplify awareness and adoption of clean energy solutions in rural farming communities through compelling, community-centered storytelling.
