Mathew Tom (he/him) is a 'Climate Change and Policy' postgraduate from India with a specialization in governance of climate change. With approximately two years of consulting experience in the development sector, he has worked across various thematic areas such as natural resource management, climate action, and sustainability, conducting impact assessments, policy research, monitoring and evaluation, and strategy development. Through internships and professional engagements, he has had the opportunity to delve into numerous community-led resource conservation initiatives, sparking an interest in the governance of natural resources. This interest led him to develop his dissertation on the sustainability of community institutions for resource management and apply for the Constellation Fellowship.
