Sara (she/her) is a first year MSc Sustainable Development student at Uppsala University in Sweden. She has 4 years of experience working as a project and program manager in the transportation decarbonization industry and holds a BA in Behavioral Neuroscience with minors in Environmental Studies and International Relations from the University of San Diego. Her academic and work experiences have taken her around the globe where she has had the opportunity to learn about diverse worldviews and problem-solving approaches. She is passionate about bringing an interdisciplinary perspective to climate issues, with an emphasis on supporting the most vulnerable communities. Sara is excited to join the Stand.earth team as a Research Fellow in Spring 2024.
