Felipe Puerta Cuartas
Communications and events (Climate Action Implementation) Intern
Felipe Puerta-Cuartas is a strategic communications and research professional with a deep passion for climate justice. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from EAFIT University in Medellín, Colombia, and is currently completing a Master's in Economics and Legislation of Climate Change at FLACSO in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a focus on gender. Felipe has extensive experience in leading research and communications, having worked as Research Director and Editor for InSight Crime and as a communications consultant and digital editor for the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA). Most recently, as a Communications and Research Fellow at Eco House Global, he collaborated with UNICEF Argentina on a campaign educating youth and schools about the intersectional impacts of the climate crisis.
