The Brooklyn-based startup launched the world's first and only Plug & Play device that upgrades any bike into an e-bike—no tools or pre-installation required. CLIP is 4x less expensive than the average e-bike and is patented in 47 countries.
Fellowship Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate & creative marketing expert who loves developing brand awareness. The successful candidate will be responsible for publishing creative and highly viral content, focusing specifically on Instagram Reels and Tiktok, and increasing CLIP’s media following organically. Expertise in paid advertising and influencer/brand partnerships will be a plus. Recent graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities:
● Create social media campaigns in collaboration with the objective to increase our online sales
● Manage customer interactions across all platforms in order to foster a positive online presence
● Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices, platform policies and competitor activity to keep CLIP’s social media presence consistently relevant
● Develop KPIs for each platform, with clear goals to achieve key metrics
● Work closely with the Graphic Designer to expand on brand visuals and identity
● Maintain active brand voice through copywriting that is consistent across all social platforms
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
● Clear and direct interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
● Keen understanding of how to create effective social media strategies
● 2+ years of social media management and content creation, ideally in the clean tech industry
● Passion for sustainability, clean mobility and biking
Nice to haves:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Graphic Design
● Portfolio that shows content creation for Instagram Reels and Tiktoks
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
Time Commitment: 30 hours / week
