CLIP is a clean mobility startup based in Brooklyn, NY with the mission to empower more people to bike everyday and mitigate climate change.
CLIP offers the world’s first and only plug-and-play e-bike device that instantly upgrades any personal or shared bike into an e-bike, without requiring any tools or pre-installation.
At its core, CLIP represents a more sustainable, equitable, and accessible approach to the design, manufacturing, and deployment of e-bikes.
CLIP can instantly electrify the 1.5 billion bikes already in circulation at a fraction of the cost and complexity of conventional e-bikes or any other conversion kits.
Fellowship Description:
As part of our growth team you'll play a crucial role in promoting and selling CLIP to customers in NYC and help roll-out B2B partnerships with bike retailers, academic institutions, and corporate campuses.
Responsibilities include:
● Organize or participate in events: demo, ride, expo, and online events, etc.
● Demo the product and answer questions in person or via web messaging, email, phone and social media
● Onboard new customers and help guide them through the first setup
● Compile and manage a database of issues and solutions to be shared with the product team
● Sync with the leadership team to influence high level product decisions based on customer feedback
● Keep our CRM and all systems up to date
● B2B outreach and onboarding
Qualifications:
● Loves human interactions and field work
● Charismatic, tenacious and agile personality
● Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
● Appreciation for technology and proven control of digital tools
● Passion for sustainability, clean mobility and biking
● Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications
● Minimum 2 years of sales role
● Experience with Shopify and Coda
Time Commitment: 30 hours / week
