Fellowship Description:
We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented Monitoring and Evaluation Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in developing market research tools including product needs of the communities and market opportunities for women entrepreneurs. Along with that, interns will support data visualization, writing reports, and creating infographics of Pollinate impact metrics. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in M&E processes within a social impact space.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in data collection, analysis, or research is desirable.
Experience working with NGOs or in a development context is a plus.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Time Commitment: 30 hours / week
